Igloo Lake, in Labrador, offers an abundance of beautiful large speckled brook trout and northern pike. It is fly fishing only (some exceptions) and is "catch and release" with barbless hooks. Fishing is done from streams and the lake shoreline. All areas have fantastic large brook trout fishing from June 1st to Sept. 15th. Trophies are caught from 6 - 7 lbs and our record largest was 10 lbs 8 oz. This is trout fishing at its best … unbelievable action!
