This new Central Labrador annual event, the Destination Labrador Trapline Marathon is run in honor of the many trappers that left North West River and trekked inland to tend to their traplines throughout the region. The event is unique, heritage oriented, a challenging run and offers great scenic views. This chip timed and certified event provides 42.2 kilometers to reflect in solitude while having some fun, including great prizes and social events! Held annually each Saturday of Thanksgiving Weekend.
