OPEN TO ALL LEGAL RESIDENTS OF CANADA AND THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, 19 YEARS AND OLDER, EXCEPT RESIDENTS OF THE PROVINCE OF QUEBEC ARE INELIGIBLE TO ENTER OR WIN.

1. THE PROMOTION: The "Where on Earth" promotion ("Promotion") begins at 12:00:01 AM, ET (1:30:01 AM, NT), on 3/5/10 and ends 10:29:59 PM, ET (11:59:59 PM, NT) on 12/1/10. To participate in the Promotion, go to www.onlylabrador.com, and follow the link to the contest entry page. A link to the eligibility and entry rules is also located on the contest entry page. Limit: One entry per person for this contest regardless of e-mail address used. All entries become property of Destination Labrador ("Sponsor") and will not be returned.

2. PRIZES/ODDS OF WINNING: The Prize Winner will receive the following prize: A limited edition Ancient Land framed print (ARV $191.88 USD, $200 CAD). All costs and expenses not specifically included herein, including all federal, state, provincial, territorial and local taxes, are solely the responsibility of the winners. The prize is not redeemable for cash nor is it transferable or substitutable except by Sponsor with one of equal or greater value. The odds of winning the prize depends upon the number of eligible entries received during the contest period.

3. RANDOM DRAWING: At approximately 3:00 P.M., ET (4:30 P.M., NT), on Dec 1, 2010, an individual independent of the Sponsor and not entered into the Promotion will select the name of the potential respective winner in a random drawing to be held at the Sponsor’s office headquarters in Happy Valley – Goose Bay, NL from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion period. Potential winners will be notified by mail and/or phone on or about the Notification Date. If a potential winner is from Canada, he/she will be required to correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a time limited skill testing question, administered by mail or phone; and, if he/she cannot be contacted and the skill test administered within three (3) business days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner will be selected. The Potential Prize Winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit (Declaration) of Compliance/Eligibility & Publicity/Liability Release within time period stated in letter of notification or the Prize will be forfeited and, time allowing, an alternate potential Prize Winner will be selected.

ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open to all legal residents of The United States of America and Canada (excluding residents of the Province of Quebec), 19 years of age or older, except directors, officers and employees of Sponsor, its affiliates; or subsidiaries; and other individuals or entities associated with the development, administration, or fulfillment of this promotion (“Sponsor & Others”); and the immediate family (i.e., spouse, parent, child, sibling) and household members (whether related or not) of the above persons. INTERNET: Sponsor & Others are not responsible for interrupted or unavailable network server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer transmissions or jumbled, scrambled or misdirected entries or transmissions, or for phone, electrical, network, computer hardware or software or program malfunctions, failures or difficulties or for other errors, omissions, interruptions, or deletions of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic or for any damage to any person’s computer related to participating in the Promotion.
